Delete your HAVN911 account

In the app: Open HAVN911, go to Edit Profile, and tap Delete account.

Without the app: Email support@havn911.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What we delete: your profile, profile photo, community posts and replies, journals, mood/energy/sleep check-ins, and Hiro conversations. We remove them within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Hiro messages: OpenAI, which powers Hiro, keeps messages for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes them, unless the law requires it to keep them longer.

Subscriptions: Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
